• The delivery, non-delivery, or delayed delivery of documents by postal services

• Lost, damaged, or misdirected mail after handoff to postal services

6. Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of order. All sales are final once documents have been printed and mailed. Prices are subject to change without notice.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.

8. Document Retention

All documents are automatically and permanently deleted from our systems immediately after printing and mailing. We do not retain copies or backups of your documents.

You retain all rights to your documents. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to print and mail your documents as requested.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MailMyResume from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or the content of documents you submit.
