Why should I pay for this service when I can post my
resume on job boards for free?
-
Your resume is delivered
right to the in-box of recruiters working your career field, instead of
sitting idle waiting to be found, as with job posting boards.
-
In the
time it takes to complete the process to put your resume to ONE job
board MailMyResume.com
can deliver your resume to hundreds, even thousands of recruiters.
(calculate the
number of recruiters)
-
Recruiters
not only work the positions openly posted but often times are hired
to find candidates
for confidential or "hidden" jobs. In addition, each recruiter
can represent tens, even hundreds of jobs.

How is EmailRecruiters different
from all the other job sites on the Internet?
The trend for several years now has been for job seekers to post their
resume on various employment web sites. These sites then charge recruiters
large fees to search for candidates.
MailMyResume.com has a better solution by partnering recruiters and job
seekers in a visionary, time saving process.
Instead of taking the time to post your resume to all the job boards, then
hoping recruiters will use the correct keywords to find your resume, we
distribute your resume directly to the recruiters working in your field.
This is targeted, proactive delivery of your resume to the professionals who
are representing thousands of companies with great jobs.

Who receives my resume?
Your resume is sent only to recruiters who've subscribed for our service
and chosen to receive resumes in the disciplines and geographic locations
that match your selections.

I'd like more information about working with recruiters.
-
A recruiter's fee is paid
by the companies they represent.
-
Unlike most human resources
departments, recruiters screen new resumes daily. Their income is
dependent upon helping you find a new career.
-
Recruiters earnings are
normally based on your starting salary, therefore they always negotiate to
get you the best possible offer.
-
Recruiters
are aware of virtually every open position in their field of specialty…including
an overwhelming amount of confidential searches and hidden jobs not
yet
posted or advertised!

Who will contact me… the recruiters
or MailMyResume.com?
Recruiters who have current opportunities for you will call or email you
directly to discuss further.
What type of response can I expect after my resume is
distributed?
It is entirely dependent on your field of expertise. A computer
professional in Silicon Valley may get a huge response whereas a building
manager in South Dakota may get a limited response. Also, a well written
professional resume will attract more response than one scattered with
spelling or grammar errors.

If I select North Carolina as a state, does that mean
that all recruiters who receive my resume have their office in North
Carolina?
No. Most recruiting companies work jobs over an entire region -
sometimes the entire country. We cannot promise that all recruiters who
receive your resume are in North Carolina. We can promise however that each
recruiter who receives your resume works jobs in North Carolina and
therefore has subscribed to receive resumes from job seekers targeting the
state of North Carolina.
